Phish plays the incredible “46 Days” off their album “Round Room” at the IT Festival in Limestone, Maine August 2 + 3, 2003. Leigh Fordham sold me out 46 days and the coal ran out. Please come round here another day, sit yourself down when you’re ready to stay. She dug down when they took the town, lookin for clues but they couldn’t be found. Leigh found out she was ready to roam, 47 days and the coal came home. Taste the fear, for the devil’s drawing near.
@rawkus1167 umm I have a lot….but do you have all the live Phish stuff that they released? And yeah I do have some dank from 97-00…..maybe we could do the email thing…phone…or whatever….you going to be in Atlanta (alpharetta) on July 3-4?

Wow I am in at the 18:00 minute mark during the 8/3/03 46 Days and Holy Cow. I hate the term “oxy jam” when people refer to the slowed down and sludgy tempos Trey was using a lot during this time, but in this case the word is actually appropriate. Everyone you must hear this whole 39-minute masterpiece. I have this show in SBD if anyone wants it, shoot me a line.
this song is badass Phish!! So glad the boys came to their senses and got the flow goin again! Can’t wait until summer!!!!

Man ever since first seeing Phish at Alpine this year, I have had numerous dreams of witnessing a concert again. The one last night was of them opening with this. I wish I didnt wake up for another couple hours…
hell yeah shit was intense! i’m a black spreadhead from tennessee who was 19 at the time and had never been to a phish show but seen trey at the first bonnaroo; me and one of my boys drive from southern middle tn up to maine something like 25 hours+ in a 2 door 1992 civic stopping in cleveland to pick up another guy. after stopping at niagra falls, boston, hiking in acadia NP, nyc, a few other spots we pull up in limestone to wait another 26 hours in traffic….unbelievable first phish shows!
WOW, THE MEMORIES. I’ve been to 33 phish shows and 6 fests……..this just might be my favorite show ever. The people i was with, the flawless jam, and yes, the drugs i was on. A time in life i hold very dear. This and thier Julius jam were amazing……..WELCOME BACK BOYS……see ya’ll on tour………..

wow I COMPLETELY agree with you. when I was all pumped about Phish getting back I was telling some people and they were like “oh yeah, I never got into hippie jambands” and I was like “Phish isn’t a jamband, they are a ridiculously amazing Rock band that improvises.”
