quarter round along the walls went out of vogue a long time ago

		<description>The reason for the quarter round is used because base board needs to be installed level, having said that , most floors are not level which will leave a gap between the new floor and the baseboard. This is where the qtr/rnd needs to be used. Installing the qtr/rnd flush to the floor esures no gaps</description>
